TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

§2 Definitions

Store – the online store operated by the Seller.

Seller – JUSTROSEMARYECOM LLC.

Customer – any natural or legal person placing an order through the Store.

Consumer – a natural person acting outside their trade or profession.

Product – cosmetic products offered in the Store.
-
Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
§3 Types and Scope of Electronic Services
The Seller provides the following electronic services free of charge:

browsing the Store’s product assortment,

placing orders electronically,
-
concluding distance sales agreements,
-
communication via email contact,
-
receiving transactional messages regarding orders.
Electronic services are provided for an indefinite period.
§4 Technical Requirements
To use the Store, the Customer must have:

an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge),

an active email account,
-
enabled cookies and JavaScript support.
The Seller shall not be liable for technical issues resulting from failure to meet these requirements.
§5 Prohibition of Illegal Content

Customers are obliged to use the Store in compliance with applicable law.

It is prohibited to provide or transmit content that is:

infringing third-party rights,

harmful or containing malicious software.
§6 Conclusion of the Sales Agreement

Information about Products presented in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.

The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order electronically.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and truthful data.
§7 Payments

§8 Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Delivery costs and available shipping methods are presented during checkout.

§9 Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy)

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the Product.

sealed cosmetic products which were unsealed after delivery due to health protection or hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

§10 Complaints Procedure

The Seller is liable for product conformity in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

§11 Termination of Electronic Service Agreements
